Returns & refunds

We want you to love your order. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the item price. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return.
